BATHROOM RENOVATION & DESIGN IN KINGSTON UPON THAMES

Kingston upon Thames is an ancient market town on the banks of the River Thames, blending historic character with a bustling town centre across the KT1 and KT2 postcodes. The area offers a varied mix of property, from Victorian terraces in Norbiton to modern riverside apartments at Charter Quay, with substantial detached homes in the sought-after Coombe area bordering Richmond Park.

As a Royal Borough with numerous conservation areas protecting its historic core, many renovation projects require consideration of local planning requirements. Our service packages are designed to accommodate Kingston’s diverse housing stock, whether you’re refreshing a compact flat bathroom or transforming a period family home.

About Simply Bathrooms & Interiors

Simply Bathrooms & Interiors is a family-run business led by Neil and Sophie Harrold. Sophie’s background is in Home Interiors Buying and Product Development, leading the design and marketing side of the business. Neil has over twenty years in construction and operational management, overseeing project delivery and the installation teams. Together they bring design innovation and practical execution to every Kingston bathroom we deliver.

KT1 and KT2 housing runs from Georgian and Regency riverside terraces around the Kingston Old Town conservation area, through Victorian villas climbing Kingston Hill, to Edwardian semis across Norbiton and the inter-war stock around Berrylands, where chimney breast depths, narrow rear extensions and original soil stacks all factor into how a new bathroom can be laid out.

Behind the partnership sits a team of specialist tradespeople, including plumbers, electricians, plasterers, carpenters and tilers, alongside dedicated project managers and installers. Bathrooms are one of the most complex areas of the home to renovate, and the coordination across trades is what allows us to deliver bespoke solutions that excel in both function and beauty.

From initial consultation to final installation we apply the same care and precision to every project, with a relentless focus on customer satisfaction. We also cover Surbiton, Wimbledon and Richmond under the same package.
